Refund policy
We offer exchanges only within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
