يمكن طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب وفق الشروط التالية:

يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
يجب إرجاع المنتج مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
يجب تقديم ما يثبت عملية الشراء.
تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال يتحملها العميل.
المنتجات المخفضة أو المعروضة ضمن التخفيضات النهائية لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها.
تحتفظ ZOK بحق رفض أي طلب لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items, discounted products, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
ZOK reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the conditions above.
